Economic Development - Transformational Project Financing Program - Establishment
Establishing the Transformational Project Financing Program in the Department of Housing and Community Development to designate certain development districts as State-supported development districts; authorizing a governing body of a political subdivision to apply to the Department for approval as a State-supported development district; requiring the Department to publish at least annually a summary of approved State-supported development districts; providing for the eligibility for and calculation of certain State revenue; etc.
