Primary and Secondary Education - Maintenance of Effort - Inflation Adjustment (Maintenance of Effort Modernization Act)
Altering the method for calculating the maintenance of effort amount county governing bodies are required to appropriate to the school operating budget by requiring an annual inflation adjustment.
