Motor Vehicle Administration - Sleep Apnea - Reporting Requirement Prohibition
Prohibiting the Motor Vehicle Administration from requiring a licensee or an applicant for a driver's license to notify the Administration if the licensee or applicant is diagnosed as having sleep apnea.
